On Saturday we made a trip to Gozo, the island north of Malta. We started our journey with a time travel. At Ggantija Temples we saw how humans made their first attempts to build above ground, which had happened around 5000 years ago.
In the capital of Gozo, Victoria, we were able to see a lot of old buildings and the main attraction ''The Cittadella" ⛪ Although Gozo as an island is surrounded by the ocean, there is also the "inland sea" - a saltwater lake which is connected to the ocean by a tunnel.
On the hills above Ramla Bay we got one of the best views of our language trip and the scenery got even more beautiful while travelling down to the beach. The meteorite red sand together with crystal clear water were the perfect setting to take some pictures.
